Inclusive research teams drive stronger, more innovative, and more equitable science. This workshop, designed for anyone who works in a research team or lab, focuses on practical, evidence-informed strategies for creating and sustaining inclusive, high performing research environments.

Participants reflect on team practices, communication, roles, and power dynamics, and consider concrete approaches to improving day-to-day operations so that all team members can thrive.
